## Ervan Cranes

Ervan Cranes manufactures overhead, gantry, rotating-trolley and jib cranes as well as project-specific lifting systems. Design, steel fabrication, site installation and commissioning are carried out by the same team, followed by maintenance and spare parts support.

## Production Approach

Every crane starts with an engineering calculation: load, span, lifting height and duty class. The steel structure is fabricated to those calculations at the Torbalı facility, with weld, dimensional and assembly checks at each stage. Site erection and commissioning are completed by the team that designed the project.

### Engineering

Design by load, span and duty class; steel structure engineered for the site.

### Manufacturing

Steel structures and crane systems manufactured at our Torbalı facility.

### Installation

Site erection, commissioning and handover by the same team.

### Technical Support

Maintenance, spare parts and modernization across the system's service life.

## Values

- ### Safety Design margins, inspection and documentation in lifting equipment are non-negotiable.
- ### Precision Calculation, fabrication and installation tolerances are kept consistent.
- ### Continuity Maintenance, spare parts and modernization after handover.
- ### Transparency Technical data is not published unverified; quotes are presented with their scope.
