CE Attestation of Compliance ECP.25.02.C0045 — Ervan Cranes

Attestation ECP.25.02.C0045, issued by ECP International Certification in December 2025, confirms that the technical file for our crane machinery models ERV05 through RV50 declares conformity with two directives.

Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

Risk assessment, protective measures, control system safety and the operating manual requirements for a crane come from this directive. TS EN ISO 12100 is the reference for risk assessment; the TS EN 13001 series for crane design calculations. Our guide to overhead crane standards in Europe covers the key EN standards and Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, which will replace the Machinery Directive in the EU.

Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU

The crane's electrical equipment — panel, motors, control circuits — is assessed within TS EN 60204-1 and TS EN 60447.

What the attestation is not

This attestation is a voluntary certification and does not replace the manufacturer's declaration of conformity. A product-specific declaration and technical file are issued with every crane delivery. The full document is on our Certificates page.
